Extensive experience in consumer product manufacturing and direct marketing made Nancy uniquely qualified to assist Keith Shay in the Ware Pak transition that was underway when she arrived in 2000. While Nancy joined Ware Pak as Customer Service Manager, her role has been expanded to include business development. Nancy is committed to providing superior customer service and finding new and innovative ways to meet and exceed customer expectations. Nancy takes great pride in motivating members of Ware Pak’s customer service team to do the same.
