Keith Shay - President

Prior to joining Ware Pak in 1997, Keith served in several senior management positions with both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies. At Ware Pak, Keith has applied previous experience in storage, transportation and retail marketing to oversee a complete conversion from a homegrown system to a new integrated, real-time, warehouse management system capable of meeting the complex and diverse needs of the publishing industry. The transition included implementing the system, designing, writing and adopting standardized procedures, training of new and existing staff and finally overseeing a phased transition of existing clients to the new integrated system. Keith is also credited with instilling a new, entrepreneurial culture at Ware Pak and fostering an environment dedicated to meeting ever-changing client needs.
