Ware-Pak's Call Center provides full order receipt
and entry via "800" lines, dedicated
to customer programs and answered in their names.
Inventory status is "up-to-the-second"
because our system blocks the entry of an item
that may have gone out of stock just seconds earlier.
The overall scope of the Ware-Pak Call Center
includes:

Catalog and direct marketing order entry, with
up-sell/cross-sell, as appropriate
- Information requests and literature fulfillment
- Personalized customer service and provision of
information, utilizing interactive product and
inventory databases, transaction records and customer
histories
- Internet inquiry, order entry and email communication
